An optional number of journal texts can be created to be applied as transaction text on transaction lines.

Create a journal text

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Click CTRL+N to create a new line and enter an identifier, a search name, and a transaction text.

Use a journal text as the transaction text in your journal

  1. Click > > .

  2. In the journal, click to open the form.

  3. Click CTRL+N to create a new line.

  4. In the field, enter the identifier of the journal text.

    The transaction text that you have previously defined in is inserted in the field.
