Use the following procedures to create, modify, or delete an activity in the form.

When you create an activity that is either an or , you can then invite more attendees to join.

Note Note

Attendees cannot add more attendees to their activity. Only organizers can add attendees.


Create an activity

  1. Click > .

  2. In the section, in the list, select the activity type.

  3. Press CTRL+N to create a new activity.

  4. Define the start and end dates and times for the activity, and the activity purpose.

  5. To create the activity for another employee, select the employee in the list.

Add attendees to an activity

  1. Press CTRL+N to create a new activity of the type or . Make sure that you have filled in the employee ID for the employee.

  2. Click and press CTRL+N to add attendees to the activity.

Activities will appear for the added employees.
