Use the following procedure to approve or return an expense report that was submitted by an employee.

  1. Click > .

  2. Select and view the expense report that is ready for approval.

  3. Click Actions, and then select one of the following options:

    • - Approve the expense report.

    • - Return the expense report to the employee.

    • - Assign the expense report back to the employee with a request to make changes to the report.

    • - Assign the expense report to another user for approval.

    • - View the history of the expense report before approving or returning the expense report.

  4. If you selected to approve the expense report, enter information about the approval in the Commentform.
