Use the following procedure to approve or return an expense report that was submitted by an employee.

Click > .

Select and view the expense report that is ready for approval.

Click Actions, and then select one of the following options:

- Approve the expense report.

- Return the expense report to the employee.

- Assign the expense report back to the employee with a request to make changes to the report.

- Assign the expense report to another user for approval.

- View the history of the expense report before approving or returning the expense report.

If you selected to approve the expense report, enter information about the approval in the Commentform.
