You can use questionnaire statistics to analyze questionnaire results for a particular group, or for observations used on the questionnaire.

After you set up your calculations, when you click you can then choose the type of results you want to see for each group or observation.

Define calculations

Defining calculations requires that you answer the following questions:

  • What do I want to know more about?

    You answer this question when you select the questionnaire.

  • Whose results do I want to include?

    You answer this question by selecting one or more of the options in the group of fields.

  • From where do I want to draw my figures, and how do I want them aggregated?

    You answer this question using the options in the group of fields.

  • How do I want to display my statistics?

    You answer this question using the options in the group of fields.

  • What criteria do I want to use to refine my statistics?

    You answer this question by defining criteria on the tab.

  • How do I want to group my results?

    You answer this question by selecting groups on the tab.

The settings you define are saved and can be used to periodically recalculate results.
