It is useful to delete old or unused journals so there is less demand on System resources.

1. Click Production> Periodic> Clean up> Production journals clean up.

2. Click the Clean updrop-down list.

3. Select whether you want to delete all posted journals or only journals that are posted on finished production orders.

4. Click OKto run the deleting process, or select the Batchtab and define parameters to control the process of deleting old production orders at regular intervals.
