To change the price of an existing subscription fee, you need to create a new transaction that either adds to or withdraws from the original transaction.
Example
To reduce the price to 80% of the original price, you create a transaction with a -20% price change; to change the price to 120% of the original price, you create a transaction with a 20 % price change.
Change the price of a subscription fee
