Click Questionnaire> Complete a questionnaire .

Select the questionnaire you want to answer, and then click Start.

Depending on the questionnaire's setup, some or all of the following buttons are available:

• Overview- Use to display all questions in a list.

• Note- Use to display or hide a box in which you can enter text, for example, to elaborate on your answer.

• Back- Use to return to the previous question.

• Forward- Go to the next question.

• End- End the answer session and save your answers.

• Cancel- End the answer session without saving your answers.

If the questionnaire must be completed within a time limit, you can end it in one of three ways:

• You complete the questionnaire within the time limit, and then click Endto end the session.

• You answer all mandatory questions in the time limit. When the time expires, your answers are saved.

• You do not answer all mandatory questions within the time limit. When the time expires, your answers are not saved.
