There are three different expense distribution sheet (EDS) reports:

Dimension statement

Cost statement, dimensions

Cost statement, hierarchy
To generate an EDS:

Click > and open one of the EDS reports.

On the , use the list to select the statement that you want to display and that you created in the EDS setup.

In the list, select either or . The calculation type is usually entered in the EDS setup, but you can modify it here before you generate the report. If you choose , you have to select a calculation number from the list.

If you did not set up a specific date interval for each dimension in the EDS setup, you can set up date interval settings in the area before you generate the report, if needed.

On the tab, you can still modify the value type and budget model in the appropriate columns.

Click OKto generate the report.
Dimension statement
Besides settings that are common for both types of EDS, when running the dimension statement, you can modify the dimensions setup or divisions for each column.
Cost statement, Dimensions
When you run a cost statement for dimensions, select any dimension type and the range of dimensions that you need.
Cost statement, Hierarchy
When you run a cost statement for hierarchies, and if you haven't already done so, select a hierarchy. Then, select the range of divisions.
