1. Click > > > .

  2. In the section, select one or more options to define criteria for your statistics.

  3. To define the period for which you want Microsoft Dynamics AX to calculate statistics, do one the following:

    • For a predefined period, select a code from the field. The and fields are then completed automatically.

    • Enter a date in the and fields.

    • To show each month in a period, select the check box.

  4. In the left box in the section click one or more criteria. The selection is copied to the box on the right and will be included in the calculation. To clear criteria, in the box on the right, double-click the selection.

  5. To change the order in which the result columns appear, click or .

  6. To calculate statistics, click . The results are shown on the tab, and the selected options will appear as column headings in the order specified.

  7. To view statistics in a graph, click the tab.
