To calculate plan costs, click Calculationin the Journals> Flexible Budgetingform. The following cost value types are calculated:

• Basic plan costs

• Flexible plan costs

• Target costs

The concept resembles the Period calculationused for actual and budget costs.

You must create distributions, allocations, or cost rate calculations using the Calculation versionset up specifically for the flexible budget before you run a calculation. The calculations are based on the plan calculations.
