You can import and export budgets to and from the General ledger.

1. Click Cost accounting> Journals> Budget.

2. In the Budget modelfield, select a Budget modelof the type Cost accounting budget.

3. Click Transfer budgets.

4. In the Upgrade jobfield, select the direction you want to move the budget values (either Transfer fromor Transfer to).

   Transfer fromwill transfer existing budget amounts from General ledgerinto the selected Cost accounting budget.

   Transfer towill transfer existing Cost accounting budgetamounts into the selected General ledgerbudget.

5. Select a Budget modelfrom the General ledger.

6. Select the Delete budget before updatingcheck box to delete existing budget values in the actual budget.
