Click Service> Service orders> Functions> Start SLA time recording.
Click Service> Service orders> Functions> Stop SLA time recording.
Enter the date and time that the time recording should be stopped.
Select Create reason, and select a reason code in Stage reason codeif you want to provide a reason for stopping the time recording.
If Reason code on exceeding timeis selected in the Service parameters form, you must provide a reason code before you can stop the time recording.
