Financial reason codes are displayed in various modules in the journals where you can enter reason codes, and also in some inquiry forms. In Fixed assets, an additional form is available in which you can view reasons for changes to specific asset fields.
You can view the reason codes and comments in each of these forms by clicking the tab and viewing the information in the section.
