Click Accounts receivable> Inquiries> Order status> Open sales order lines.

On the Overviewtab, locate the order whose status you want to check.

On this tab, you can view information such as the ship date and the remaining quantity to be delivered.

Click the Sales ordertab to view customer information and the order status.
