To cancel an order, you must clear any backorder quantity and terminate the order line without deleting it.

1. Click Accounts receivable> Sales orderand select the relevant order line.

2. Click Functions> Deliver remainder.

3. Click Cancel quantityto zero the Deliver remainderand to change the Line statusto Canceled.
