To use quotation templates, you must organize them in specific . These template groups must be created before you can create quotation templates.

To create a quotation template group

  1. Click > > > to open the form.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new quotation template group.

  3. Enter a unique name in the field.

  4. Enter a description of the template group in the field.
