Click Balanced scorecard> Objectives .

Select the objective, and click Target.

Click anywhere in the upper pane, and then press CTRL+N to create a new target.

If a period is defined for the objective, the Start dateand End datefields show the next available period. You cannot change these dates.

Complete the remaining fields.
