A set of user profiles can be attached to each modeling variable. After you do this, the variable will only be available to users who belong to one of these user profiles. If no user profiles are attached to a modeling variable, it will be available for users who belong to any user profile.

1. Click Product Builder> Setup> Modeling variables.

2. Select a modeling variable to which you want to attach a user profile.

3. Click User profiles.

4. In the User profilefield, select the user profile that you want to attach to the current modeling variable. You can attach as many different user profiles as you want to each modeling variable.
