1. In the grid of the active form, select the rows that you want to copy.

    Tip Tip

    To select several rows, hold down the CTRL key while clicking the individual rows to select. To select several consecutive rows, select the first row, hold down the SHIFT key, and then click the last row that you want to select. To select all the rows in the grid, click > .

  2. Click Microsoft Dynamics AX> > to copy the selected rows.

  3. Open a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, and then select Edit> Paste.
