Click Questionnaire> Setup, Design> Questionnaires .

Select the questionnaire to which you want to attach the question, then click Result groups.

In the Result groupsform, select the result group and then click Questions.

In the Questionsform, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Questionfield, select the question from the list.

The question text automatically appears in the Textfield.

In the Result calculationfield, specify how you would like to distribute points to your result groups. The next step in the process depends on your selection:

• Questions- Distribute points to the question's result group.

  To do so, choose a result group in the Result groupsfield.

• Answer- Distribute points to the answer's result group.

  To do so, click Answer, and in the Answerform select the result group for the answer and the sequence number.

  Create a new line for each answer that will contribute to the result group.

• If not answer, then question- Define exceptions. For example, define the points for specific answers that should not be assigned to the question's result group.

  To do so, click Answer, and in the Answerform select the result group for the answer.

Complete the remaining fields.

Click Questionnaire> Setup, Design> Questionnaires .

Select the questionnaire to which you want to attach the question.

Click Questions, and select Questions.

In the Questionsform, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Questionfield, select the question.

The question text automatically appears in the Textfield.
