Click Balanced scorecard> Setup> .

Select the data link you want to use for the query, then click Queries.

Press CTRL+N to create a new inquiry.

In the Inquiryfield, type a unique identifier for the query.

Click the Tablestab to select the tables you want to query.

Click the Calculationtab to select fields on the selected tables.

Click the Rangestab to define range criteria.

Click Testto test the query.

If no data appears, verify that the SQL statement is defined correctly, and that data exists in the tables or database to which the data link is connected.
