You can set up expense purposes for employees to use when they are creating an expense report.

Set up expense purposes

Click Expense management> Setup> Expense entry> Expense purpose .
Click CTRL+N to create a new line.
Enter a brief description of the expense.

For example, training, convention, or meeting with a customer.
