1. Click > > > .

  2. Create a new service-agreement group.

  3. Enter a group ID and description.

  4. Press CTRL+S to save the service-agreement group.

Note Note

If a service-agreement group is defined in the field in the form, this group will be suggested for all new service agreements that you create.
