You can attach a Form I-9 document file to a record by using the document management system. Form I-9 document files are typically attached either to the employee record in the form, or to the Form I-9 record in the form ( > > > ).

To attach a Form I-9 document file to a record

  1. Open the form that contains the item to attach the file to, and then select an item.

  2. Click the document handling icon on the toolbar.

  3. Click , and then select .

  4. Select the file to attach, and then click .
