Using the form, you can easily reassign service activities from one employee to another, even if those employees belong to different dispatch teams.

  1. Click > > to open the form.

  2. Click to display the Gantt chart at the top of the page.

  3. Expand each dispatch team list.

  4. Select the color-coded graphic that represents a service activity that is assigned to one employee, press the SHIFT key, and then move the color-coded graphic to the row for another employee, in the same time slot or a different one.


    On the tab, tab, , or tab, change the service order assignment by using the field.

  5. Click .
