Click Accounts receivable/ Accounts payable> Periodic> Clean up> Sales update history clean up.

From the Clean updrop-down list, select whether you want to delete the update history with status Executed, or the update history with status Executed and erroneous.

Click the Created untilcalendar.

Select the date up to which you want to delete the history of update.

Click OKto run the deleting process,

Click the Batchtab to define parameters in order to delete old history of update records.
