Click Accounts receivable> Common Forms> Sales Order Details.

In the top half of the Sales orderform, select the blanket order from which you want create a release order.

Click Functions> Create release order.

In the Create release orderform, select the lot ID, and then enter the sales quantity, requested ship date, requested receipt date, and delivery address, if different from the blanket order, in the appropriate fields.

Note
A release order has the order type Sales orderand can be regarded as any other order of this type.
