Hierarchy structure help you group dimensions and summarize them.

1. Click Cost accounting> Setup> Groupings> Hierarchies.

2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

3. Enter the number of the hierarchy in the Hierarchyfield.

4. Select the check box for each dimension that you want to include.

5. Click Division.

6. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

7. Enter a number in the Divisionfield.

8. Go back to the Hierarchiesform and then click the Process structurebutton.

9. Create the hierarchy structure by double-clicking the items on the Dimensionand Divisiontabs.

Dimensions can be grouped per division or for a hierarchy. The groups are used in the setup of the Expense distribution sheet.
