Click Service> Setup> Service subscriptions> Subscription groups.

Select a subscription group.

Click the Service subscriptionsbutton.

Press CTRL+N to create a new subscription. The subscription group field is automatically populated with the subscription group from where you opened the Subscriptionform.

Follow the procedure in Create service subscriptionsto fill in the remaining fields.
