The following data are displayed in the Company currency conversionform:

• Conversion dateis completed with the start date of the current fiscal year.

• Company currency

• Triangulation currencyif the configuration key Eurois enabled

• Secondary currency

• Conversion profit accountand Conversion loss account

You must enter the following data:

• Currency code for New company currency, for example, EURO with an exchange rate of 100 and a general rounding off of 0,01.

• Conversion Exchange ratefor 100 units.

  If the configuration key Eurois enabled and the triangulation currency is the new company currency (EUR), and the triangulation is activated for the exchange rate of the company currency, the conversion rate is initialized with the exchange rate of the company currency.

• Voucherfor posting the rounding differences. This voucher number should be self-explanatory.

• Optionally, click the Converted amounts in company currency, Converted exchange rates, Converted secondary exchange ratesand Converted triangulation flagsbuttons to edit user-defined database fields before the conversion.
