The classes used for batch tasks are designated to run on either the client or the server. Tasks that run on the server can run automatically as part of batch jobs, regardless of whether a client is open. However, tasks that run on the client must be run manually by using the form. You must assign client tasks to batch groups in order to run them manually.
You can mark client tasks as . Because they are client tasks, private tasks will not run automatically as part of batch jobs. In addition, a private batch task can be run only by the user who scheduled it.
Specify a client task as private

Select a client task from the list.

Click the Generaltab.

If the option is available, select . If this option is not available, you cannot mark the task as private.
Run client tasks

Click > > > .

Select the batch group that the client tasks belong to.

To run only the private tasks that you created, select the check box. To run all client tasks in the batch group in addition to your private tasks, clear this check box.
Note You cannot run private tasks that other users created.
