If you have set up multiple companies in Microsoft Dynamics AX to reflect the structure of your organization, you have likely granted users access to multiple companies. Follow these steps to set a user's default company. This is the company data and modules displayed when Microsoft Dynamics AX is opened.
To set a
user's default company

Click > Common Forms> .
The form opens.

Select the user you want to set the default company for, and then click .
The form opens.

On the tab, locate and select the company account for the user to see when Microsoft Dynamics AX opens.

Press CTRL + S to save changes.

Repeat Steps 2 through 4 as needed for other users.
