Click Questionnaire> Setup> Design> Answer groups .

Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

Under Answer group, enter a unique identifier for the group.

In the Descriptionfield, enter a brief description of the group.

This usually indicates the type of question to which the answers are best suited.

Complete the remaining fields.

To create or view answers for each group, click Answer.

To view questions currently using the answer group, click Questions.
