This procedure assumes that validation and adjustment of the imported business relations already has taken place into the form.

  2. Click .

  3. Click to clear the form to transfer the imported relations from the into the relevant tables in the module.

Note Note

Clear the form after import to minimize potential confusion as to whether or not the records have been transferred or not. This is because the records remain in the form even after transferring unless the form is manually cleared.
Caution note Caution

If the form was not cleared, you might inadvertently transfer the old imported data into the application, resulting in many duplicate records.

You cannot undo a data import in the application once the imported business relations are transferred to the module. Any mistakes in the imported business relations can only be corrected manually.
