Use the PRODCOM form to create PRODCOM periods and transfer sales lines to the PRODCOM report.

1. Click Basic> Periodic> Foreign trade> PRODCOM .

2. Click Transferto transfer the sales lines to the PRODCOM report.

3. Click Details> Products on the PRODCOM listto view the products that are included in the PRODCOM list.

4. Click Details> Products not on the PRODCOM listto view the products that are not included in the PRODCOM list.

5. From either the Products on the PRODCOM listform or the Products not on the PRODCOM listform, click Detailsto open the PRODCOM detailsform and view additional information about the items.

6. Click Printin the PRODCOMform to print the PRODCOMreport.
