Use the Intrastat to PRODCOM conversion form to assign PRODCOM codes to Intrastat Commodity codes. These codes can change each year. You can set up the information in a text file, and to import the information, click the Import conversion databutton and the Import PRODCOM databutton.

1. Click Basic> Setup> Foreign trade> PRODCOM> Intrastat to PRODCOM conversion .

2. Press CTRL+N and select an item commodity code.

3. Enter the PRODCOM code to assign to the commodity code.

4. Enter the beginning and ending dates that the association is valid for.

5. Enter the unit that the items are reported in.

6. You can enter a variable, if necessary.
