Before you can create a conditional question hierarchy, questions to which answer groups are assigned must already be attached to the questionnaire.

1. Click Questionnaire> Setup> Design> Questionnaires.

2. Select the questionnaire.

   It is a good idea to verify that Conditionalis selected in the Sequencelist on the Setuptab.

3. Click Questions, and then select Conditional question.

4. Drag the conditional question to the primary question.

   The primary question must be a closed question.

5. Click Yesto move the question.

6. Select the conditional question and then, in the Answerfield, select the specific answer that you want the conditional question to depend on.

   You can select from answers that belong to the answer group assigned to the primary question.
