A forecast model names and identifies a specific forecast. You must create a forecast model before you can create the forecast.
You can set up a forecast model with two levels so that one model includes one or more other models, or submodels. This setup enables you to aggregate the individual forecasts.

You must create a forecast model before you can designate it to be a submodel of another forecast model.

On the tab, select the forecast model for which you want to set up a submodel.

On the tab, select the model that you want to designate as a submodel.
Example
You want to set up a forecast model structure where you designate a top-level forecast model, Total, that consists of two submodels, East and West.
On the tab, create three forecast models: Total, East, and West. Select the Total model line. On the tab, select the East model, press CTRL+N to create a new submodel line, and select the West model.
