Click Balanced scorecard> Objectives .

Select the objective for which you want to create the measurement, and then click Measurements.

In the Measurements form, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Measurementfield, enter a unique identifier.

Click the Generaltab, and under Graphical indicator, select the graphical indicator you want to use from the list.

Complete the remaining fields.
