Create an item

Click Inventory management> Items.
Press CTRL+N to create a new item. The Select a template for Item tabledialog box is displayed.
Select the template to base the new item on.
Select the template to use by selecting the check box next to the template.
Click OK. The default values of the template are copied to the new item.

Fill in the remaining information about the item.

Select the Do not ask againcheck box in the Select a template for Item tabledialog box if you do not want to see the templates list. When you press CTRL+N to create a new item, the new item will be created with the default values of the selected template without prompting you. To switch on the Select a template for Item tabledialog box again, right-click an item and select Record infoand Show template selection.
