You can transfer payroll data to an external file. You define the file name and format for this external file. The transfer is executed on the basis of a pay period and will only contain data on the employees connected to the specific pay period.

You can transfer payroll data in the Transfer to pay form ( Shop Floor Control> Periodic> Payroll).

You can recalculate the balance for count units on selected employees.

If you change the setup of a count unit, recalculate the balance in the Recalculate employee balances form ( Shop Floor Control> Periodic> Payroll).

If you change the setup of a payroll statistics, recalculate the employee balances for this statistic in the Recalculate payroll statistics form ( Shop Floor Control> Periodic> Payroll).
