You can create payroll statistics to keep track of different types of wages such as overtime.

The basis for a payroll statistic is one or several pay types that is summarized over a given period of time.

It is possible to show the employee's current payroll balance in the registration form.

Create a payroll statistic

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the text box, enter a unique identifier (ID) and in the text box enter a description.

  4. Click .

  5. Complete the and fields.

Note Note

You can create more records with other pay types to include these in the balance.


Set up payroll statistics to display in registration forms

  1. Click > > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the list, select a payroll statistic and in the box enter the name that you want displayed on the registration form.

Note Note

If you want the flexible hours balance to display in the registration forms, selecting the box and entering an external name.


Tip Tip

Remember to set up relevant registration forms so that employees can view the selected payroll statistics. For more information about registration forms, see Configure a registration form.
