Features enabled by the CRM Series Setup key

Controls access to the Setupfolder in the CRMsection in the Navigation Pane.

Members of the user group can perform general CRMsetup tasks including:

• Set up contact management.

• Create and maintain sales units.

• Set up campaigns.

• Define telemarketing data.

• Set up integration with Office Outlook.
