Use this form to sign using an electronic signature.
The form is available for several manufacturing processes when you install Microsoft Dynamics AX. For more information about those processes, see (Global, USA) Electronic signature.
Electronic signatures link a process in Microsoft Dynamics AX to a user who is authorized to electronically sign, in order to comply with the regulations in 21 CFR Part 11 issued by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States. The signature is assigned to a process by specifying an ID of a user, together with the corresponding password. It is not necessary to use the ID and password of a user currently logged in to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
