Use this form to transfer the fixed asset transaction lines to the budget indicated.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Delete existing budget transactions?	Select the check box to delete current budget transactions during the transfer process.

Button	Description
Select	Open a query that you can use to limit and sort the data to include in the transfer process. If you do not limit the data, all relevant data is included. You can view the data selections that you make in the Selectquery in the fields within an inner pane on the Generaltab.
OK	Transfer the fixed asset transaction lines to the budget.
Cancel	Close the form without saving changes.
