Use this form to view all settlements attached to the same lot number, for example the cancellation of an inventory closing.

List the details of the settlements.

General tab

View specific details of a particular settlement including identification, settlement, and system information.

For the record selected on the tab, view the transaction type attached to the profit and loss account and the balance account.

Dimension tab

For the record selected on the tab, view values for the department number, cost center number, and purpose number dimension fields.

Voucher number.

Transaction number associated with the settlement transaction.

Settlement principle used from Setup> Parameters> Inventory.

Quantity that has been financially settled.

Cost value that has been financially settled.

Posted correction of item consumption resulting from the settlement.

If selected, the settlement has been canceled.

Item number identification for the record.

Lot identification that the settlement refers to.

Settlement type. The possible values are:

Module that the adjustment refers to.

Identification of the item group used.

Posting type of the profit and loss account.

Adjusted profit and loss account.

Posting type that is associated with the balance account.

Balance account used for the adjustment.

If this field is marked, the settlement has been posted to ledger.

Specify any department used.

Specify any cost center used.

Specify any purpose used.
