If the standard purchase quantity has been specified in the Items table, this quantity will be filled in automatically. The quantity is rounded up to the nearest multiple of the Multiplefield, if defined in the Itemsform. You can also specify a minimum and maximum purchase quantity in the Itemsform. If the quantity entered does not fall within the specified limits, you receive a warning message before the quantity is approved.
