Use this form to set up and maintain mailing categories of items that can be sent to contact people, for example, brochures and product samples.

This list of categories is then available on the tab on the form, to help record the types of mail sent to the contact people of the business relation.

A mailing category can have many subcategories, called items. For instance, a mailing category might be a technical sales convention for all interested parties, and the subcategories (the items) could be the convention in Atlanta, the convention in Los Angeles, the convention in Paris, and the convention in Tokyo.

This helps to further subdivide and categorize the company's e-mail correspondence.
