Use this form to create, manage, and view bills of exchange for one or more bank accounts.

Note
You also can open this form from the Bank accounts form. When you do so, only the bills of exchange for the bank account that you selected in the Bank accountsform are displayed.

Bill of exchange journal

View a list of posted bill of exchange journal lines.

Field	Description
Bank account	Name of the bank account.
Date	The transaction date.
Bill ID	A unique identifier for the bill of exchange.
Bill of exchange number	The number of the printed bill of exchange.
Status	A bill of exchange can have one of the following statuses: Created– The bill of exchange has been created. To create bills of exchange that use a Fixednumber method, click the Create bill of exchangebutton and enter information for the bills of exchange. Canceled– The bill of exchange is canceled after it is posted. Posted– The bill of exchange is posted. Blank– The electronic bill of exchange is not used when the bill of exchange is printed. Printed– The bill of exchange is printed.
Recipient	The customer account number or vendor account number that corresponds to the recipient of the bill of exchange.
Currency	The currency used for the bill of exchange.
Amount	The amount the bill of exchange was drawn for.
Voucher	The voucher number in the ledger that the bill of exchange is attached to.
Created date and time	The date and time that the bill of exchange was created.
Created By	The user who created the bill of exchange.
Modified date and time	The last date and time that the bill of exchange was modified.
Modified By	The user who changed the bill of exchange most recently.
