Use this form to set the date and time at which time recording for a service level agreement (SLA) will restart.

Note Note

When a new service order is saved, the SLA time begins automatically. You can start and stop the SLA time recording as many times as you want. Every time that you stop it, a compliance percentage is calculated based on the time passed since the service was first created and the time span given by the SLA.
